She was predeceased by: her parents, Major Riley and Ruth; her parents-in-law, Jonah and Minerva; and her siblings, Marguerite Goinz (Bryan), Nell Parsons (Jim), William Hildreth (Marg) and Norma Walton (Denny).
She is survived by: her husband J. W. Latham of Union; her children, Mark Latham (Tina) of Wildwood and Lisa Melton (John) of Union; and her grandchildren, Tim Latham (Leah), Brian Melton (Taylor), Leanna Harp (Andrew), Joel Melton (Natalie), Bethany Lincks (Jared), Trent Melton and Janaya Melton. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; along with nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, August 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the First Baptist Church (111 E 14th St, Washington, MO 63090).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to First Baptist Church of Washington.
