With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia M. Smith of Union, Missouri, born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on February 25, 2024 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, John Pelligrinni and Josephine Pelligrinni; her husband Leonard Smith; and her brother Michael Pelligrinni. She is survived by : her sons, Stacey Camden and Anthony Camden (Yolanda); her siblings, Grace, Christine, Johnnie and Angelo; and her grandsons, Devin Camden, Brandon Camden, Ethan Camden and Logan Camden. She is also survived by nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.

Memorial donations to Ronald McDonald House Charities are preferred.
