He is survived by: his wife Rachel Rutledge; his son Robert "Rob" Rutledge V (Michelle) of Tucson, AZ; his mother Barbara Rutledge of Columbia, IL; his grandchildren, Adam Villalobos, Ryan Sigler, Micaela Sigler, Luke Sigler and Alice Rutledge; and his sisters, Carolyn Willmann (Dave) of Ladue, Kathleen Bretsch (Brian) of Webster Groves and Sarah Musch (John) of Glen Carbon, IL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
