He is survived by: his father John Kinney; his children, Stephanie Boyce of Union and Jeff Kinney of Middletown, MO; his grandchildren, Jessica Boyce of St. Louis and Adam Kinney (Carmen) of St. Peters; his daughter Emily Byers (Nick) of Marthasville, MO.; his great grandchildren, Penelope and Brendan Byers; and his sibling Gatha Waters (Frank). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Miller Funeral Home (1206 Jefferson St, Washington, MO 63090).
