It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Terry James Rice of Union, Missouri, who passed away on May 4, 2026, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Richard Rice and Virginia May Rice; and his siblings, Zelma Douglas, Deana Rice, Harold Rice, Ricky Rice and Larry Dell Rice.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Stovall of Union, MO; his children, Duane Stovall (Kate) of Afton, MO, Jill Gutknecht (Daniel) of St. Clair, MO, James Rice of Lemay, MO, Terry Rice (Samantha) of Union, MO and Felicia Pracht (John) of Union, MO; his siblings, Margaret MacNutt of O'Fallon, MO and Jerry Ray Rice (Judy) of Zigler, IL; his grandchildren, Carter Rutledge, Mathew Rice (Kirsten Green), Christopher Rice (Cheyenne Wilson), Mason Rice, Milla Brumley, Christian Rice, Colton Schomberg, Avery Schomberg, Kaycen Rice and Amber Pracht (Aiden); and his great grandchildren, Carter Chisholm, Grayson Jones and Leighton Rice. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great and great-great-nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends.
