He is survived by: his daughter Amber Schmoker-Barrett (Ryan); his grandchildren, Levi, Emmett and Shiloh of Labadie; and his brothers, Gary Proebsting (Teresa) of St. Charles, Fred Proebsting (Brenda) of Jefferson City, MO and Scott Proebsting (Debbie) of St. Charles. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Miller Funeral Home (1206 Jefferson St, Washington, MO 63090). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
