He is survived by: his wife Susie Herbst; his daughters, Michelle Behr (Allan) of Washington, Amy Shanks (Mark) of Lees Summit and Maureen Wiese (Joe) of Lake St; his grandchildren, Molly Jones (Owen), Maggie Behr, Noel Wiese (Kassie), Seamus Houlihan, Landon Wiese and Emma Wiese; his great grandchildren, Margot Jones and Maisie Jones; his siblings, Helen Wolter (Dave) of St. Louis and Andy Herbst (Kim Stuesse) of Union; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Herbst and Jeanie Herbst. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
