He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Allen McClaskey and Deva Mae McClaskey (Cooksey); his former wife Helen Marie McClaskey (Jobe) of Trenton; and his siblings, Amber Allen, Leonard McClaskey and Vernon McClaskey.
He is survived by: his daughters, Teresa Wilson (Richard) of Oskaloosa, IA, Kathy Ballanger (Rick) of Centerville, IA and Cheryl McCollum of Altoona, IA.; his wife Saundra Miller Hart of Unionville, MO.; his great grandchildren, Melanie Seals (Michael) of Moravia, IA, Jennifer Joffrion (Matthew) of Birmingham, AL, Kelly Murphy of Centerville, IA, Jacob Wilson (Britney) of Blue Springs, MO, Lisa Kreyer (Benjamin) of New Richmond, WI, Jeffrey McCollum (Victoria) of Altoona, IA and Emily McCollum of Altoona; and his sister Arlene Humphreys (Randy) of Trenton, MO.. He is also survived by his three daughters, two step-children and many grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Thomas Funeral Home-Unionville (709 27th St, Unionville, MO 63565). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
