She is survived by: her son Chancie Elliott; her brother Clinton "Butch" Tingley; her grandchildren, Faith Elliott, Jeremy Elliott, Jenny Elliott, James "Rudy" Frazier-Elliott (Aaryn) and Marquetta Johnson; and her great grandchildren, Christopher Hayden, Erica McCoy (Damien), Axel Robbins, Morrigan Frazier-Elliott and Sebastian Frazier-Elliott.
Lillian was very passionate about donating to as many charities as she could, she was a kind soul who loved helping when she could.
