He is survived by: his wife Rhonda VanBuskirk; his children, Sabrina Mitchell (Eric), Brock VanBuskirk, Heath Simpson (Shelby Hall) and Heather Robinson (Wyatt); his grandchildren, Owen Mitchell and Quinn Mitchell; his sister Connie Putnam (Dave); his mother-in-law Minnie Cunningham; and his sisters-in-law, Leota Thompson, Phyllis Pickering (Jack) and Tammy Hitt.
