She was predeceased by: her former husband David Lupton; and her daughter Terri. She is survived by: her husband Kenny; her stepdaughters, Debbie, Cheri and Rhonda; and her granddaughters, Nikki and Kasey. She is also survived by grandchildren, extended family members, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Sandy's honor may be made to the Putnam County Library and entrusted to Thomas Funeral Home, 709 S. 27th St, Unionville MO, 63565.
