With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Virginia Torrey of Unionville, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 4, 2025 at the age of 106. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover Maulsby and Edna Maulsby (Probasco); her husband Jake Torrey of Powersville, MO.; her son-in-law Don Berry; and her siblings, Agnes Maulsby, Bob Maulsby (Stella), Jack Maulsby (Doris Jean), Richard Maulsby (Wynona), Edwin Maulsby (Bonnie), Jim Maulsby (Marlene), Charley Maulsby and Lois Madeline Maulsby.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Berry of Arvada, CO, Sam and Joan Torrey (Savidge) of Alexandria, VA; her grandchildren, Jennifer Barton of Greeley, CO, Jill Labinski of Arvada, CO, Sarah (Jon Nemecek) of Denver, CO and Jake (Leah); and her great grandchildren, Casey, Marek, Max Labinski, Sam Nemecek, Virginia and Leif Torrey.
Virginia's family requests that any gifts or donations be made to Broadlawn Baptist Church of Unionville, MO, where Virginia was an active member.
