He is survived by: his children, Barat Hall, Lourdes, Terry Wittenberg, Margot, Forrest, Mercedes and Maura; his stepchildren, Molly, Sarah and John Lawrence; his grandchildren, Grace, Forrest, Cole, Cosi, Liam of Nina, AJ and Rory; his stepgrandchildren, Annie, Caroline, Drew, Eloise, Janie, Jack, Hunter and Graycen; and his sister Mary V Shafer.
