He was predeceased by: his mother Glenna E. Cook; his sister Peggy Hamman; and his sister-in-law Becky Cook. He is survived by: his siblings, Jerry Cook (Jackie), David Cook (Joan) and Martha Rimell (Ken); and his brother-in-law Jim Hamman.
