He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Bellew and Anne Bellew; his wife Lulu Bell Bellew (Simmons); and his son Stanley J. Bellew. He is survived by: his children, Randy J. Bellew (Taunya) of Utah, Lori S. Jolley (John) of Oklahoma and Sheri L. Black (Steve) of California; and his daughter-in-law Sharon E. Bellew of Oklahoma. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren, along with a host of close friends.
