He was predeceased by: his parents, Alpha Thomas Bridges and Mary Virginia Bridges (Jordan); his wife Mary Nettie Bridges; his daughter Debra Lynn Bridges; his great great grandchild Morenci Lynn Brown; and his siblings, Evelyn Kamien, Tony Bridges and Stephen Bridges.
He is survived by: his children, Lawrence Wayne "Larry" Bridges of Springfield, Missouri and Dian Lee Nunn (Kelly) of Urbana, Missouri. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
