He is survived by: his wife Ann Mary Leurquin (Mikulsky); his children, Josh Leurquin (Kari), Nate Leurquin (Laurel) and Sarah Leurquin (Duane Smith); his grandchildren, Luna, Feyre, Talia, Fletcher, Fisher, Wilder, Porter and Gabriel Smith; his mother Laverne Leurquin (Heyrman); his siblings, Gwen Craanen (Dave), Darell Leurquin (Lynn) and Greg Leurquin (Cindy); and his friend Jan Petersen.
