He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Moore and Flo Moore; his grandparents, William, Mollie Moore, Otto and Margaret Cannon; and his brother Jimmy Whistle.
He is survived by: his children, Brent Mosley of Harrisonville, William Moore of Clinton, Amy Elliot (Justin) of Garden City, Mollie Wolfe (Rodney) of Windsor, Jimmy Powell (Courtney) of Garden City and David Powell (Taisha) of Creighton; his sisters, Kim Bramell (Leroy) of Urich and Cheryl Wantland of Festus; and his friend Mike. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, cousins.
Memorial contributions can be made to St. Croix Hospice or C.A.R.E. and may be left in care of the funeral home.
