He is survived by: his sons, David Philip Cook (Jeanie Cook), Dennis William Cook (Dawn Cook) and Kavin Jon Cook; his wife Connie Cook (Klinksick); his son Rusty Cook (Cassie Cook); his grandchildren, Allison Anderson (Kit Anderson), Kyrstin George (Ryan George), Abigail Cook, Emily Tomczak (Heath Tomczak), Kaleb Cook, Matthew Cook (Gabbie Cook), Ashlyn Cook, Carly Kratofil (Anthony Kratofil) and Olivia Cook; and his brother Roy Lee Cook (Linda Cook). He is also survived by other family members and friends.

The lying in state will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bradley & Hadley Funeral Home (1410 Dzf Rd, Clinton, MO 64735). Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Holy Trinity Catholic Church (1372 W E. O. Graham Rd, Urich, MO 64788). A prayer will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

The family suggests memorial contributions to the Hickory Grove Cemetery, and these donations may be left in care of the funeral home.
