He is survived by : his wife Carol Starks of Van Buren, MO; his children, Julia King (Kenneth) of Van Buren, MO, William Starks (Corie) of Altura, MN, James Starks (Lisa) of Minnesota City, MN and Matthew Starks (Tracy) of Winona, MN; his siblings, Norman Starks, Daniel Starks, Iris Wojcik and Pauline Krause; and his grandchildren, Hendrix Thompson, Melanie Starks, Shawna Pomeroy, Matthew Starks, Jr., Theresa Starks and Brettney Starks. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren and many relatives and friends.
