Though Barbara may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cyrus Quigley and Blanch Quigley (Cooper); her former husband Archie Haddix; and her daughter Joyce Bullock (Clarissa Samson). She is survived by: her husband Donald Lee Washburn; her grandchildren, Tori Garcia (Matt Reeves) and Joey Garcia; her son-in-law Jim Bullock; and her brother Gregg Quigley. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter: three of Don's children and their family and many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
