He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Henry "Bud'Bell and Dorothy Kathleen Bell (Osburn); and his sisters, Geneva Neal and Clarica Chick. He is survived by: his children, David Bell (Dawn) of Van Buren, MO and DeAnn Bell of Van Buren; his grandchildren, Elijah Bell (Missy) and Rory Bell (Abby) of St. Louis, MO; his great grandchildren, Delilah Bell and Ryker Bell; and his brother Gary Bell (Margaret) of Little Rock, AR. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
