We are sad to announce that on October 14, 2025, at the age of 48, Lance Collin Shockley (Van Buren, Missouri), born in Chaffee, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Lance departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Lance may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Lance leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his father Steven Carl Shockley. He is survived by: his mother Karen Bristol; his daughters, Summer (Michael Anagnostopoulos) and Morgan Shockley of Van Buren, Missouri; his sister Erica (Delbert DeWolf); his niece Madison King of Van Buren, Missouri; his cousin Rachel Shockley of Van Buren; and his grandmother Barbra Sanders. He is also survived by his wife – the love of his life.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McSpadden Funeral Home (106 Ash St, Van Buren, MO 63965).
