McDowell; her brother Albert Joe Pennington (Maggie); her daughter Carmen McDowell Zaloz (Dave); her granddaughter Dr. Shannon Zaloz (Tyler); and her nieces, Paula Jo Pennington Harrelson (Daniel) and Bobbie Jo Pennington Roshone (Wade). She is also survived by extended family and many friends.
