He was predeceased by: his parents, Reta Burnham (Lambert) and Frank Houston Burnham; his grandparents, Charles Andrew Burnham, Rosa Etta Burnham (Rector), Louis Lambert and Josephine Lambert (Yates); and his brothers, Darrell and Spud Burnham (Louis).
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Francis Burnham (Vance); his children, Lisa (late Mark Crafton), Darren (Lori) of Van Buren, Missouri, Richie of Van Buren, Missouri and Adrian (Michelle) of Van Buren, Missouri; his grandchildren, Megan Powell (Dustin) of Van Buren, Matt Crafton of Van Buren, Courtney Hogan (Levi) of Van Buren, Hailey Griffin (Tyler) of Van Buren, Sam Burnham (Sabrina) of Van Buren, Spencer Burnham (Jalynn) of Van Buren, Allie Burnham of Van Buren and Olivia McCarty (Trevor) of Louisville; and his sister Lavon Brickey of Bunker Missouri.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the McSpadden Funeral Home (106 Ash St, Van Buren, MO 63965). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the McSpadden Funeral Home Chapel (106 Ash St, Van Buren, MO 63965).
