He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Otis Botkin and Eleanor "June" Mitchell Botkin; and his brother Dale Botkin. He is survived by: his children, Tamantha J. Edelman of Peoria, IL, Samantha J. Peschong of Peoria, IL, David E. Botkin (Tanya) of Vandalia, MO, Audrey R. Botkin (Scott) of Paris, MO and Erica L. Long (Joshua) of Hannibal, MO; and his sister AnnaRose Botkin of Licking, MO. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
