He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Elmer Seeley and Flossie Alberta Cobb Seeley; and his daughter Regina Seeley. He is survived by: his children, Byron Seeley (Kim) of Little Rock, AR, Cory Seeley (Andrea) of Boonville and Renee Seeley.
