He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Smith and Clara Smith. He is survived by: his spouse Willie Jean Cox; and his sons, Jessie Smith (Katy) of Beebe, Arkansasa, Robert Smith of Cheyenne, Tony Smith (Sue Lynn) of Colorado Springs, Jerry Smith of Hollister, MO and Michael Smith of Arizona. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Eastern Missouri Cowboy Church or Laddonia Christian Church.
