She is survived by: her parents, Fred J. Day and Irene Joy Day (Griffith) of Vandalia; her children, Madalyn Swafford of Vandalia, Jackson D. Cook of Jefferson City and Jaden D. Cook of Vandalia; her siblings, Jody Bauman (Matt) of Vandalia and Justin Day of St. Joe; and her grandson Kaine Isaac Phillips. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
