He is survived by: his mother Becky VanDenBroek; his daughter Gracie Stice of Canton, MO.; his stepparents, Will VanDenBroek of Prairie City and Sherry Stice of Keokuk, Iowa; his brothers, Jason Stice (Lindsey) of Fairfield, Iowa, Zachary DeWitte of Altoona, Iowa and Alexander DeWitte (Taryn) of Newton, Iowa; and his stepsiblings, Jesse VanDenBroek of Waukee, Iowa, Ryan VanDenBroek (Christina) of Waukee, Iowa, Alan Snyder, Jacob Snyder of Keokuk, Iowa and Megan McCarty (Daniel) of Omaha, Nebraska. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
