He is survived by: his sister Karen Westenhaver of Columbia, MO; his niece Michele Forrest (Gerald) of St. Louis, MO; his nephew Matt Westenhaver (Heather) of Columbia, MO; his great-niece Lena; and his great-nephew Wayne.
