It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rhonda Tapley of Vandalia, Missouri, who passed away on March 15, 2026, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Coleman Carlisle and Shirley Long; and her sister Rebecca Spitznagel. She is survived by: her husband Michael Tapley; her daughters, Crystal Waters (Terry Waters), Shirlena Johnson (Justin Johnson), Alissa Ambrocio (Miguel Ambrocio), Harlie Watters (Milton Watters) and Micaela Smith; her grandchildren, Malcolm Smith, Cassius Smith, Octavias Smith, Andres Ambrocio, Alex Ambrocio, Alyss Ambrocio, Brink Waters, Rowe Waters, Micaiah Waters, Lylliana Watters and Laylyn Watters; and her siblings, Alan Carlisle and Victoria Murray. She is also survived by mother, and grandmother.
