He is survived by: his significant other Carla Newton; his children, Harley Eugene Jr. Gaskins (Terra) of Matthews, MO, Tonya Gaskins of Matthews, MO, Travis Newton of Vanduser, MO, Steven Gaskins of Sikeston, MO, Brian Gaskins of Vanduser, MO and Jonathan Gaskins of Vanduser, MO; and his sisters, Betty Sharp of Park Hills, MO, Inez Gaskins of Wardell, MO and Ruby Wilhito of Texas. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
