She was predeceased by: her parents, Roe Fish and Mabel Fish; her husband Duane Collins; her daughter Darrah Collins; her siblings, Jim Fish, John McDaniel and Helen Cooper; and her niece Jaceana Lakey.

She is survived by: her son Kelly Collins (Cathy); her grandchildren, Dustin Pettit, Grace Collins, Kai Collins and Leah Collins; her sister Joyce Ann Osborn; and her nieces and nephews, Tony Cooper, Michael Lakey, James Grant Fish, David Fish, Ramona Androus, Lisa Johnson and Jill Lakey. She is also survived by great-great-nieces and nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the Vanzant Cemetery or Vanzant Community Building.
