He is survived by: his mother Tomasa Martinez of Mesquite, Texas; his wife Martina Romero Peralta; his daughter Milagros Cervantes Romero of Verona, Missouri; and his siblings, Mary (Carmen Cervantes), Fidel Aguinaga Martinez of Oklahoma, Alfonso Aguinaga Martinez of Monett, Teodoro Aguinaga Martinez of Oklahoma and Telesforo Aguinaga Martinez of Texas. He is also survived by several cousins.
