He is survived by: his parents, Zona Mae Crabtree (Raymer) of Verona, Missouri and Joe Crabtree; his daughter Jazmyn Fawn Collins (Cain) of Minnesota; his siblings, Gayle Heath (Matt) of Freistatt, Missouri and Joe Paul Crabtree (Sarah) of Nixa; and his grandchildren, Saylor and Silas.
