He is survived by : his former life partner Linda Chavis; his wife Carmelita Dorene Ortis; his sons, Joe Ricardo of Egg Harbor, Gary of Blackfoot, Idaho and Marcus of Springville, Utah; his grandchildren, Brody of Springville, Utah, Benjamin of Springville, Utah, Samuel of Springville, Utah, Jesse of Springville, Utah and Andrea of Blackfoot, Idaho; and his siblings, Rayo "Bud", Joe D. and Dee.
