With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lyle Melton Reed of Versailles, Missouri, born in Eudora, Kansas, who passed away on September 19, 2023 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Raymond Reed and May Reed; his siblings, Helen Hanks, Bob Reed, Dale Reed and Loyd Reed; and his children-in-law, Charles Myers and Carol Reed.

He is survived by : his wife Evelyn Reed; his children, Raymond Reed and Pamela Myers; his grandchildren, Paul Reed and Christina Myers; his great grandchild Thomas Reed; and his siblings, Jean McGowan, Sandy Dacon and Don Reed.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Greater Life - Jesus Name Pentecostal Church.
