He was predeceased by : his son James Irving Davidson; his grandson Damien Davidson; and his siblings, Donald Eugene Davidson and Anna May Davidson. He is survived by : his wife Rosie Simmons; his children, William "Bill" Dewayne Davidson of Versailles, John Wesley Davidson (Margaret) of Versailles, Donald Ray Davidson (Cindy) of Versailles, Naomi Jean Cable of Sedalia and Kathryn Louise Hintt (Jeff) of Versailles; and his sister Leta Fern Vogt.
