She was predeceased by: her husband Robert; her parents, Herman Shanks and Opal Shanks; and her brothers, Leonard Shanks and Lloyd Shanks.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lynne Terpstra (Lee) of Jefferson City, Mary Ann Hammock of Springfield, Janice Lindeman (Byron) of Casa Grande and Joyce Huffman (Jeff) of Vienna; her grandchildren, Andrew Terpstra (Lizzy), Peter Terpstra, Emily Hammock, Erin Mock (Shawn), Amy Fencl (Zach), Katie Apfel (Gary), Kacey Hays (Adam), Hayley Huffman Kuntzman (Alex) and Molly Helmig (Kenny); her great grandchildren, Beau, Landry, Morgan, Macie, Keegan, Foxx, Lily, Theo, Jovie, Callie and Blake; her great great grandchildren, Henry, Gus, Owen, Bennett and Wesley; her brother Delbert Shanks (Patricia) of Vienna; and her sisters-in-law, Naomi Shanks of Vienna, Arlene Shanks of Vienna and Ann Meadows of Elkton, Virgina. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and other relatives and friends.
