It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melissa Fay of Vienna, Missouri, born in Jefferson City, Missouri, who passed away on September 13, 2025, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Melissa has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Ann Light (Terwilliger) and Wilford Light; and her sister Phyllis Ann Patterson. She is survived by: her siblings, Audrey Hancock of Lake Ozark, Douglas Light of Jefferson City, Debbie Rohrbach (Steve) of California and Paul Light (Heather) of California; and her sister-in-law Lisa Dunham (Dave) of Wardsville. She is also survived by the father of her sons, Art Salts of Meta; nephews; nieces; and numerous other relatives and friends.
