He is survived by: his wife Renilda Howard; his sons, Richard Howard (Gail), Joe (Myrna), Kenneth Howard and James Howard (Barb); his stepchildren, Steve Cook (Becky), Jennifer Lawton (Max) and Hermann; and his siblings, Linda Smith (Howie), Judy Zensen, Ruth Shelton (Bob) and Dennis Howard (Sharon). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; six step-grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; five step great-grandchildren.
