She is survived by: her mother Cassandra Lynn Culver (Chapman) of Vienna; her daughter Patsy Hagen; her grandfather Richard Chapman of Rolla; her siblings, Mason Culver (McKayla) of Rolla, Jared Culver (Destiny Cook) of California and Audrey Culver (Blake Hammock) of Winona; her uncle Yancey; her aunt Courtnee Chapman of Prairie Grove, Arkansas; and her cousins, Brooklyn Chapman and Kade Rankin (Karaline). She is also survived by many other relatives and close friends.
