He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond A. Chapman and Helen M. Chapman (Andersen); and his son-in-law Randy Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Roxane; his children, Tammy Miloncus (Joe), Christy Bailey of Richards, MO, David Hazel of Walker, MO, Dana Diamond (Steven) of Okmulgee, OK, Travis Chapman and Joe Chapman (Janelle) of Sheldon, MO; and his brother Don Chapman (Judy). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; a sister.

Memorials are suggested in his name to Vernon County Cancer Relief c/o Ferry Funeral Home.
