He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Turner and Ruth Turner (Masdon); and his sister Elaine (Elizabeth). He is survived by: his daughters, B. J. Alcazar of Amarillo, TX and Cherri Burlingame (Brian). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
The military honors will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Fort Scott National Cemetery (900 E National Ave, Fort Scott, KS 66701). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at the same location.
