With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Roxane Chapman of Walker, Missouri, born in Kansas City, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 9, 2026 at the age of 69. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Houchin and Corla Houchin (Bauer); her husband Billy Ray Chapman; her great grandchild Lily James; her brother-in-law Rex Odom; and her son-in-law Randy Bailey.
She is survived by: her children, Tammy Miloncus (Joe), Christy Bailey of Richards, MO, David Hazel of Walker, MO, Dana Diamond (Steven) of Okmulgee, OK, Travis Chapman and Joe Chapman (Janelle) of Sheldon, MO; and her siblings, Dawn Odom of Montrose and Jim Houchin (Vickie). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
