He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Hayter and Lola Hayter (Holman); his wife Charlotte Hayter; and his siblings, Junior Hayter, Johnny Hayter, Wilbur Hayter and Rosalie Hill.
He is survived by: his children, Doug Hayter (Sonya), Brenda Keyser (Greg), Brad Hayter (Michelle), Scott Hayter (Clara) and Cheryl Steeley (Stan); his grandchildren, Cameron, Corbin, Cailynn, Zhenya, Alex, Ruslan, Clay, Ellen, Grace, Caleb, Cade and Cortney; and his great grandchildren, Scarlett, Henry, Rose, Pierce, Beckham, Banks, Findley, Avery, Riley and Danny. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and many friends.
