He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Keltner and Dorothy Keltner (Conn); and his siblings, Linda Muenks, Kay Keltner and Connie Keltner.
He is survived by: his wife Sandy Keltner; his sons, Kevin Keltner (Benita) and Kelly Keltner (Kim); his grandson Alex Keltner (Sara); his great grandchild Edward Keltner; and his sibling's children, Danny Dickson and Jennifer Christensen. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, and many other family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Wilson - Griffin Funeral Homes - Walnut Grove (612 N Washington St, Walnut Grove, MO 65770).
