He is survived by: his wife Opal Freeman; his children, Kyle Chism of Bloomfield, Missouri, Kelley Alsup (Richard) of Dexter and Amanda Woodall (Billy) of Wardell Missouri; his stepdaughters, Rebecca Wilson of Wappapello and Suzie Tippen of Cape Girardeau, Missouri; his sister Debbie Snider (Jeff) of Dexter, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Zach Alsup, Ben Alsup, Landon Chism, Faith Chism, Gemma Chism, Piper Wilson, Skylar Pugh, Dustin Olson, Emily Snow, Ethan Ellsworth and Samantha Woodall.
