He is survived by: his wife Sharon Ward; his sons, Heath Chism of North Carolina and Andy Chism (Amanda) of Bloomfield, Missouri; his stepchildren, Michael Hicks of Bloomfield, Shawn Stevens of Sikeston, Missouri, Shawna Suggs of Wappapello and Jennifer Mattison (Shawn) of Jacksonville, Florida; his siblings, Chuck Chism (Opal) of Wappapello, Missouri and Debbie Snider (Jeff) of Dexter, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Conner, Sylas, Kyler, Zeke, Maggie, Elijah, Ben, Chelsey, Andy, Bella and Taylor.
